Whether it’s a summer BBQ or springtime soirée, this Layered Greek Dip is sure to fit any fabulous event that you’re hosting or invited to!
Don’t you just love the days when you wake up and don’t really have a plan? The days that slowly unfold and pull you along rather than their pushing you along? It is a rare gift in our hustle and bustle culture to have days that let us be slow and spontaneous. When these days arrive, I spend a little more time enjoying my morning coffee, playing with our pup, and trying out new recipes.
On this particular day I had Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest Publication to thank. Have you seen the Best-Loved Reader Recipes edition? It is so fun and chock full of delicious recipes with anecdotal stories behind them. They take the reader on a walk through history with favorite recipes from 1930 through today.
And since I’m always on the lookout for new appetizers, this Layered Greek Dip beckoned me!

I love magazine issues like that! I have an issue of Bon Appetit from the 90s that I curl up in a chair with every so often that sounds similar.
And layered Greek dip is inspired! I’ve had layered bean dip, but never anything like this. Sounds delicious and perfect for summer get togethers!

Yep! They’re oldies but goodies, right? Love this one! Thanks, Marissa!
