This Pumpkin Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips is quick to make and so delicious! The ultimate chilly-weather treat!
With its tender texture, pumpkin flavor, and punches of chocolate and walnut – this banana bread recipe is a keeper!
The ripened bananas that had inhabited my fruit bowl for far too long kept catching my eye. So before it got too late – I got to baking.
As I gathered my ingredients – Chels, from behind her laptop at the kitchen table, asked if I had ever added pumpkin to my banana bread. I had not! I’ve made pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, but never a quick bread. Wow! What have I been waiting for? This – with its pumpkin puree, warm spices, walnuts, and chocolate chips, is a recipe I know I’ll make again and again!
Made in one bowl, baked in a loaf pan, and cooled on a rack – not only is this pumpkin banana bread quick and easy, but clean up is a breeze!
