Description

With just four ingredients, this Milk Chocolate Fudge with Peanuts & Raisins is one of the fastest homemade candies you can make!


Ingredients

18 oz. milk chocolate chips (or any chip to your liking)

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

1 cup chopped peanuts

1 cup raisins


Instructions

Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper. Be sure the parchment is long enough to come up and over the sides of the pan to create handles for removing the fudge later.

In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave the mixture for 20 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir. Continue heating in 20 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Fold in the peanuts and raisins.

Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a silicone spatula.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours, until fudge is firm.

Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into 1-inch square pieces.
