Cranberry Champagne Sparkler

It wouldn’t be the holidays without a signature cocktail…

And it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without a proper toast…

So, I raise my glass to you…

Description

With its rosy hue and fizzy appearance, this Cranberry Champagne Sparkler will fit beautifully on any holiday tablescape!

 


Ingredients

Scale
  • white sugar in a shallow dipping bowl
  • 1 lime, for rimming the flute, juice, and wedges (for garnishing)
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Frozen cranberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Using a small wedge of lime, moisten the rim of each flute.
  2. Dip the rim into the sugar.
  3. In each flute, add cranberry juice, vodka, and a squeeze of lime. Top with Champagne.
  4. Garnish with 3 cranberries and a wedge of lime.
