Chocolate Stout No-Churn Ice Cream with Homemade Toffee Crumble

Description

This super quick and super easy Chocolate Stout No-Churn Ice Cream with Homemade Toffee Crumble will be the hit of your St. Patrick’s Day celebration!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate stout beer
  • Homemade Butter Toffee – broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and chocolate stout beer.
  2. Using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spoon ice cream into a freezer safe container. (I use a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.)
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Serve with toffee pieces.
