This super quick and super easy Chocolate Stout No-Churn Ice Cream with Homemade Toffee Crumble will be the hit of your St. Patrick’s Day celebration!

Well, this, and a multitude of other fabulous St. Patrick’s Day recipes that are just minutes away… You’ll find them at the end of this post! 😉
Remember when I told you that today’s post was sure to be EPIC?! Now you know why! A bunch of blogger friends and I have come together to create a virtual St. Patty’s Day Extravaganza! How ’bout that?

Directly following our Valentine’s Day Event, Lynn, from The Road To Honey, reached out and asked if we’d like to join forces once again. I responded as quickly as I could with a resounding YES! These round ups are always so mirthful and scrumptious!
Speaking of mirthful and scrumptious…
Chocolate Stout No-Churn Ice Cream?
Are you kidding me?

Have you ever tried stout aka beer in your ice cream?
I realize at first thought you might be thinking, “Ummmm, no. Nope. No thank you, Annie.”
But this. Oh man you guys…
Let’s see, how do I describe it? It’s kind of like lifting a stone to discover a gorgeous new color and having to describe what you see. Difficult, right?
…I will do my best…

It is creamy and cold (of course it is, it’s ice cream), however, there are warming undertones of dark chocolate and coffee flavors.
Warming undertones of dark chocolate and coffee.
- Undertones.
- Dark chocolate.
- Coffee.
Warming undertones in something that is creamy and cold is quite the sensory experience.

How’d I do?
And with the addition of Homemade Butter Toffee crumble…well, I just might be at a loss for words, again.

But, not for long…
This dessert will finish any meal on St. Patrick’s Day in fine fine fashion!

My friends and I have given you a week to plan your party and gather your supplies for what I’m sure will be a sensational celebration! #saintpatricksdayfeast2017

Oh wow! Beer in ice-cream sounds like an alcohol-icious idea, Annie. Love how delicious this Chocolate Stout No-Churn Ice Cream looks. And that ice-cream bowl with that homemade toffee crumble is making me drool. This would make a great St. Patrick’s Day dessert!!
Thank you, Anu! Happy St. Patrick’s Day, my friend!!
Wowowowowow!! This ice cream looks so amazing! Chocolate ice cream is by favourite, and I love that this is no churn too! Perfect! Pinned <3
Woohoooo! So happy you like! Thank you, my friend! <3
this ice cream looks absolutely amazing Annie! I love the toffee, yumza!!
YUMZA!! Thanks, dear! 🙂
How fun it is do a virtual party, and this one is a winner in my books. Love a no churn and this has beer and chocolate. So so good. That toffee would not last long at my place. This looks amazing my dear.
xx
Thank you, Asha!! I am with you! The toffee didn’t last long in our house, either! 😉
We lose power for 3 days and this is what I miss!! What an awesome grouping of flavors!! Chocolate, stout and butter toffee…Hard to imagine one without the other now! Delicious! Take care ?
Oh no!!! That’s no fun! Hopefully it wasn’t too cold for you guys! You’ve earned this dessert, my friend!! 😉
This sounds too easy. Looks creamy. But no ice cream maker? I LOVE the idea of beer in ice cream. Sounds so easy I might have to try this even though I’m trying to wean myself of ice cream and sugar in general. This one might be worth breaking my vows though. Cheers!
Sometimes I curse the day that I discovered no-churn ice cream! And then I have a spoonful and forget all about it! I really think you’ll like it, my friend! Cheers!
Let’s see…I love beer, chocolate, ice cream, and toffee so I’m pretty sure this is going to be my favorite dessert recipe ever! lol! Seriously, this does look really good and can’t wait to make it. Also, what an awesome list of wonderful recipes! Happy (almost) St Patrick’s Day 🙂
Ahhh! Music to my ears, girlfriend! This one’s a keeper, for sure! Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🙂
Wow, I’ve had beer in both sweet and savoury foods, but never in Ice cream! But I would try just about anything with coffee and chocolate undertones!
Who can resist chocolate and coffee undertones? Thanks, friend!
Yummmm… The toffee topping looks perfectly crunchy! Delicious!
Thank you so much, Giselle!! 🙂
Woah Annie. How did you know that I totally have been craving Ice Cream? And while I’m totally not a beer drinker, I’m 100% on board for this beauty. It looks so creamy and dreamy. And that toffee on top. . .well. . .I’d use that as the spoon to shovel the whole bowl (and your bowl too) into my mouth. I know that would be rude of me. . .but I just don’t care when something this heavenly is at stake. ?
Not rude at all! There are some moments in life when we must throw caution to the wind and say what the heck! This is one of those moments! Thanks, dear! And thanks again for organizing!! 🙂
Oh Annie! This looks absolutely scrumptious! One of my favorite summer treats is a Young’s Double Chocolate Stout float… I’ve never had ice cream with beer incorporated into the mix, although I frequently include other alcohol. I can just imagine how complex and delicious the ice cream is. Garnished with brittle, I’d be swooning… Love it! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Thank you so much, Tamara! It is true that the flavor is complex! I think it will surprise a lot of people! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
This stout in this sounds so so good and also whoa! Loving the homemade toffee crumble- I could just eat that with a spoon plain 🙂
Separate or together – they’re both so good! Thanks, Medha!!
Oh my booze this sounds delish! I don’t drink beer but my boyfriend has half a fridge full – some may go missing to try and replicate this!
Beer in your ice cream is altogether different from having a sip or two. I think you’ll love it! Boyfriend might, too! 😉
Girl, you know I 100% support beer in ice cream and no-churn is always the way to go! That toffee is the perfect topping and looks amazing!
Now why does that not surprise me? 😉 So happy you approve!! Thanks, dear!
