Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad.

Short and sweet.

Is what this post will be.

Like the woman who needs no more introduction than the one name she goes by, “Winfrey”, said Tina Fey and Amy Poehler when introducing, Oprah, at the Golden Globes, last night…

This salad need only go by one thing.

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

Its appearance…

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

If that sounds shallow…

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

I certainly don’t mean for it to.

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

But it’s all right there.

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

Appetizing, sumptuous, savory and lush…

Asparagus, Petite Peas & Prosciutto Salad

Like Winfrey, this salad needs very little introduction.

Thanks for humoring me this morning…

I’m tired.

I have the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to thank for that!

Buon Appetito!
