Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 cups blueberries
  • 23 cups honeydew balls
  • 23 cups cantaloupe balls
  • 23 cups watermelon balls
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme, and more for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz. prosciutto, bite-sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Shaved Romano cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and gently stir.
  3. Top with Romano cheese and a garnish of fresh thyme.
  4. Serve.
