Stozzapreti with Sweet Peas and Parmesan tastes all the better wrapped in Ragú!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb. strozzapreti pasta
- 1 jar Ragú
- 2 cans sweet peas, drained
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente.
- In the meantime, warm the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Drain the pasta and return to the warm pot it cooked in.
- Add the sauce and peas and gently toss with the pasta.
- Serve at once with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
