Description

Stozzapreti with Sweet Peas and Parmesan tastes all the better wrapped in Ragú!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. strozzapreti pasta
  • 1 jar Ragú
  • 2 cans sweet peas, drained
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, warm the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Drain the pasta and return to the warm pot it cooked in.
  4. Add the sauce and peas and gently toss with the pasta.
  5. Serve at once with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
