Soul Snacks : Volume 4

Soul Snacks ciaochowbambina.com

Hey, Soul Snackers! I’ve missed you! I can’t believe it’s May already! April is quite a month in our house…with two birthdays and an anniversary…feels like I’m taking off one party hat to put on another. In light of the joy that April naturally brings to our family, I was inspired to share articles that are both lighthearted and uplifting! If you have the chance to chip away at a few of them, I hope you’re left feeling ebullient and mirthful!

~ I’m sharing this article for one reason and one reason only – I hope it inspires you to get your goof on! Seems laughter does more than just make us feel good…

~Please give me paper plates and plastic forks, a stone bench with a view, and the most magnificent street food I can imagine…

~What are you waiting for? Now is the time to do the things that make you happy… you may discover a few surprises in this read…

~Come on now…you can do it…just get goin’… Mastering the art of “Just Start” … it’s easier than you think… I believe in you…

~When’s the last time you had a whiskey sour? Check out this beauty-full Grapefruit Whiskey Sour from Heather at HeatherChristo.

~I know I could use at least 7 more ways to make my workout easier….how ’bout you?

~So many Instagram galleries take my breath away…check out this gorgeous feed…  5ftinf  …Oh my…

~As if we need a reason to dust off our dancing shoes…but just in case…here’s a little nudge to get those happy feet movin’… Let’s go!

~So, if we can’t live in a vintage farmhouse in Florence…perhaps we can collect a few pieces for the home that we have…

~If you’re anything like I am, and are already dreaming about stacks of books collected in a big wicker basket set by the sliding door for the purpose of lazy afternoons in the sun, by the pool, in a hammock, on a boat, under a sun-brella while sippin’ sweet tea… here’s a read I recommend for all the ‘creatives’ in the room… Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear.

Happy Sunday, my friends!

~Annie

XOXO

Great collection of links this week! The “Just Start” article hit really close to home. And I am going to add the “Big Magic” to my reading list this summer, thats the type of book I enjoy. And it would pair great while sipping on the Grapefruit Whisky Sour! Take care.

Apparently, the “now is the time’ article was speaking directly to me. I absolutely need to slow down and appreciate the little things of the day instead of freaking out at the ‘should do’ list I have. I appreciate the message. And, I did manage to take a peak at the amazing instagram account. Beautiful stuff. Thanks and Happy Sunday!

I forget who first said it but I’ve never forgotten the quote, “Don’t should on yourself.” Important message that I try to embrace everyday! Thanks for stopping by, my friend! 🙂
