Philly…More than Eagles & Cheesesteaks

This past weekend, it was more like Dolphins…

My favorite Dolphin…

…in the final moments of his sophomore season.

Though the final score reads four goals shy of a Dolphin victory, our boys played with the spirit of champions!

As Theodore Roosevelt so perfectly stated, “…the credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena…” whether that arena be the classroom, the weight room, the practice field or the playing field… our kids are winners before even stepping on a field…

It was a beautiful weekend of family, friends and lacrosse…

*A special thank you to my daughter Lauren of LASH Photography for capturing the beautiful shots you see here so that I could be crazy in the stands!

Your daughter’s photos are all so gorgeous, Annie! It’s obvious the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree . I’m so glad you were able to experience the Reading Terminal–definitely a Philly treasure. If you get a chance to visit again, the Italian Market and Passyunk Avenue are also great Philly foodie gems!

It looks like you had a wonderful weekend. I usually go to Philly to see the Eagles play, but I need to get back in this city over the summer. All of your food pictures are crazy! My mouth is watering just looking at them. 😀
