Ingredients
Scale
- 5–6 cloves of garlic
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash of cayenne
- 3–4 large basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Smash garlic using a mortar & pestle. (You can also use a blender or food processor.)
- Add all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let marinate at room temperature until dinner is ready.
