- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 – 3 ounces chopped dry roasted peanuts
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 lbs. sliced apples
Instructions
- Purée the first five items in a food processor until completely combined.
- Place in a serving bowl.
- Core apples and cut into wedges.
- Serve dip with sliced apples.
