- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 oz. Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and honey.
- Using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the crushed candy.
- Spoon the ice cream into a freezer safe container, I used a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle honey over ice cream before serving. (Optional)
