Maple Walnut and Pumpkin No-Churn Ice Cream

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

If ever there were a frosty dessert designed for fall – this would be it – Maple Walnut and Pumpkin No-Churn Ice Cream!

Maple Walnut and Pumpkin No-Churn Ice Cream

‘Tis the season to be jolly…falala (I’ll stop there – I assume you know the rest…)

Sorry guys – I couldn’t resist. Does fall do that to you, too?

While nestled in cozy slippers and oversized flannels, visions of deep fried pumpkin bites dance in my head. And it doesn’t stop there!

Maple Walnut and Pumpkin No-Churn Ice Cream

Autumn essentials fill our pantry; the firewood is stacked; candles dot the house; and duck boots reside where flip flops once did.

Fall is here and we. are. ready.

Maple Walnut and Pumpkin No-Churn Ice Cream

Okay, so let’s talk about this no-churn. On their own, each flavor is very good, but together, maple walnut and pumpkin become their best selves. While enjoying my first bowl – all I could hear was (Tom Cruise) Jerry Maguire’s famous line, “You complete me.”

It’s true. The sweetness of the pure maple syrup coupled with the nuttiness of the walnuts married to the classic flavor of pumpkin pie – we have a winner!

And remember the Pie Crust Cookie recipe that I shared with you on Monday? Yeah, this cookie ‘had me at hello’. 😉

Who needs a piece of pie with a scoop of ice cream when you can have it all in one frosty creamy bite with a side of cookie? The perfect riff on pumpkin pie…
