Fried Green Peppers

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 lbs. green bell peppers, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil in frying pan.
  2. Let oil heat.
  3. Place peppers in oil.
  4. Cook for approximately 1/2 hour.
  5. Peppers will cook down to about half their size.
  6. Fry until caramelized.
  7. Enjoy hot, cold or at room temperature.
