- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 – 4 Tbsp. dark chocolate sundae sauce
- 4 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
- 2 – 3 Tbsp. sweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Cut banana in half, crosswise.
- Insert a craft stick halfway into each banana.
- Place bananas in a parchment lined freezer safe container.
- Freeze for 45-60 minutes or until desired frozenness.
- Remove bananas from the freezer and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and coconut then return to the freezer for another 15 minutes or until firm.
