Ingredients

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fine Italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into rounds and place them on a very lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of of the meatball.
- Serve warm.
