Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large scoop vanilla gelato or ice cream
- 1 – 2 shots of espresso or 3 – 4 Tbsp. strong brewed coffee
- Crumbled biscotti or crispy cookie (optional)
Instructions
- Place scoop of ice cream in a chilled vessel (small bowl, coffee cup, glass).
- Pour espresso or coffee over ice cream.
- Top with crumbled biscotti or cookie.
- Serve immediately.
